Wednesday's New Groove

Starting this week, we are going to be doing "Workout Wednesdays." Yesterday was the first attempt, and guess what? The kids loved it! We will be doing an exercise in the morning every Wednesday and discussing healthy habits that we can carry outside of school. I think this is something that will really encourage kids to take care of their bodies along with stretching their minds. Let me know what you think! Here is a video from day one! :)
